We are asset management group with an open approach, growing and developing, and creating well-being for people through its activities.

In 1991 Invalda INVL was founded by a group of people with academic background to create value and contribute to the country’s economy.

We are a pioneer of private equity management in the Baltic States. We have executed deals worth more than EUR 2 billion.

We are listed on the stock exchange since 1995. Since the beginning of listing, we have paid out EUR 70.4 million (dividends and share buy-backs).

Our group manages alternative investment funds, other investments, and also provides family office services.

The assets managed by the group are close to EUR 1 billion.

We also carry out direct and indirect investments into collective investment vehicles managed by INVL and have other historical investments.
