Business success can’t be separated from contributing to the progress of society. To support the creation of value for society, in 2007 Invalda INVL set up the social enterprise foundation „Iniciatyvos fondas“ (Initiative Fund)
Iniciatyvos Fondas promotes social activities, develops integrated programs that encourage individual groups in society to take the initiative and actively contribute to the creation of a responsible and cohesive society. The programs are aimed at raising the level of knowledge of the population, education and integration of the population of the outermost regions of Lithuania.
The organization has implemented various programs to encourage learning and development (donated books to libraries, electronic publications and literature for students, teachers), promoted an active lifestyle, and educated urban communities to care for nature. In 2016-2020, the Positive Diary program was implemented to help people think positively and inspire follow the example.
