Invalda INVL together with its INVL Asset Management companies in Lithuania and Latvia, has joined the UN-supported Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI) in the middle of 2017.<\/p>\n

The PRI, founded in 2006, is a global network of over 1700 investors, aims to assess the investment implications of environmental, social and governance (ESG) factors. An economically efficient, sustainable global financial system is considered a necessity for long-term value creation. Investors who support the PRI voluntarily work to apply the principles in their investment activities.<\/p>\n

Six specific responsible investment Principles are outlined by the PRI. They provide a menu of possible actions for incorporating ESG issues into investment practice \u2013 from investment analysis and decision-making to their incorporation into ownership policies and practices. Additionally, signatories to the Principles are encouraged to promote the Principles\u2019 acceptance in the investment industry and to work together for their effective implementation.<\/p>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t

Invalda INVL along with INVL Asset Management in Lithuania and Latvia is a full member of Invest Europe \u2013 the organisation that unites Europe\u2019s private equity and venture capital companies and investors.<\/p>\n

Invest Europe represents the private equity, venture capital and infrastructure sectors of European countries along with their investors. Its members take a long-term approach to investing in privately held companies, providing them not only with capital but also with innovation and expertise.<\/p>\n

Invest Europe seeks to contribute constructively to policy affecting private capital investment in Europe.<\/p>\n

Invest Europe acts as a guardian of professional standards, setting requirements for its members in the areas of accountability, good governance and transparency. Members commit to a code of conduct that sets out principles of behaviour in the private equity and venture capital industry.<\/p>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t

Invalda INVL is a part of the Lithuanian Private Equity and Venture Capital Association, which brings together the participants of Lithuania\u2019s private equity and venture capital market.<\/p>\n

The organisation\u2019s main goal is, together with the competent Lithuanian institutions and partners, to take part in shaping and implementing a common policy for the PE\/VC industry.<\/p>\n

It pursues this by initiating and improving legislation and by coordinating members\u2019 efforts to expand operations, representing their economic and legal interests, promoting PE\/VC investments in Lithuania, and highlighting the benefits of the growth of this market for the state, for companies and for other market participants and entities.<\/p>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t

Invalda INVL has joined Polish Private Equity and Venture Capital Association (PSIK) in 2025.<\/p>\n

This association has been representing Poland’s private equity\/venture capital industry for over 20 years. The association gathers PE\/VC investors active in Poland.<\/p>\n

The mission of PSIK is to promote and develop the private equity and venture capital industry in Poland, and to represent the interests of the Polish private equity and venture capital community in Poland and abroad.<\/p>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t

Invalda INVL has joined the Investors’ Association at the end of 2017. The main activities of this association include the following areas: organization of meetings with business leaders and events on the financial markets of the members of the association, the minority investors’ rights advocacy, development of centers of excellence, providing the scientific findings based on the recommendations of the Government and Parliament, drawing attention and warning about the opportunities and risks associated with investing.<\/p>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t
