Capital Fund (sub-fund)<\/strong> invests in the INVL Sustainable Timberland and Farmland Fund II (Fund) in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Start of operation: October 2020;<\/li>\n<li>98 million EUR equity raised as of the beginning of September 2025;<\/li>\n<li>Target size: \u20ac100 million;<\/li>\n<li>Maximum size: \u20ac200 million;<\/li>\n<li>Term: unlimited;<\/li>\n<li>Initial investments are made in the Baltic States.<\/li>\n<li>Later, the existing portfolio is expected to expand to the EU Member States in Eastern Europe.The fund aims to create long-term, top-quality forest and agricultural land portfolios and to manage them to the highest standards of sustainable forestry and farming.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.invl.com\/en\/investments\/invl-sustainable-timberland-and-farmland-fund-ii\">INVL Sustainable Timberland and Farmland Fund II<\/a><\/p>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"column column-1-of-2 column-borderless c-white has-bg-image has-responsive-faux-image-div column-no-content has-responsive-faux-image-div-contain\" style=\"background-image:url(https:\/\/www.invaldainvl.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/invl_sustainable_timberland_and_farmland_fund_II_logo-2.png); End of operation: June 2022;<\/li>\n<li>Raised funds: \u20ac15 million;<\/li>\n<li>Invested in forests in the Baltic States, especially in Lithuania, which are suited to forestry activities;<\/li>\n<li>After selling 4.3 thousand hectares of forest in Lithuania in December 2019, the average IRR of the fund exceeded 25%.
