The audit of the company\u2019s and consolidated financial statements for 2009 will be performed by PricewaterhouseCoopers UAB instead of Ernst &amp; Young Baltic UAB, which was recalled. The determined payment for the PricewaterhouseCoopers UAB is 124 thousand LTL (without VAT). The By-laws of Invalda were changed according to the new Company Law of the Republic of Lithuania.<\/p>\n<p>About Invalda AB<br \/>Investment company Invalda was established in 1992. The goal of the company \u2013 steady long term growth, successful activity development and high long term financial return to the shareholders.
