Bubinas proposed to the Audit Committee of Invalda LT, AB"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>      The Board of one of the largest Lithuanian investment companies Invalda LT, AB proposed that Danute Kadanaite, a lawyer at Legisperitus, UAB be elected as the member of the Audit Committee and Tomas Bubinas, Chief Operating Officer at Biotechpharma, UAB be appointed as the independent member of the Committee.<\/p>\n<p>  Both proposed candidates high level law, finance and audit and accounting professionals and earlier where members of Invalda Audit Committee. In our opinion, their experience should contribute not only to organisation of audit operations, but also to ensure the transparency and reliability of the company&#8217;s activities, said Darius Sulnis, the president of Invalda LT, AB.<\/p>\n<p>   and has been employed by Legisperitus since 2009. Prior to that, she worked for Finasta Corporate Finance, Invalda, financial brokerage companies Finasta and Apyvarta and for the Attorney of Law Arturas Sukevicius firm.<\/p>\n<p>  T. Bubinas holds M. Sc. degree of Vilnius University and Excecutive MBA of BMI (Baltic Management Institute). He has been working as a Chief Operating Officer at Biotechpharma since 2013. From 2010 to 2012 he was a Senior Director of Operations at TEVA Biopharmaceuticals USA, from 2001 to 2010 Mr. Bubinas held a position of CFO at SICOR Biotech\/TEVA Baltic. In 1994-2001 he was employed by audit companies Coopers &amp; Lybrand and PricewaterhouseCoopers. T.
