The shareholders decided not to allocate dividends and bonuses, as well as carried forward the retained earning of 24.7 million litas to the next financial year.<\/p>\n<p>Invalda AB earned an audited consolidated net profit of 24.7 million litas attributable to the parent Company within 2012.
