The new issue of Siauliu bankas shares were settled for the aquisition of the shares of the bank Finasta and brokerage company Finasta from Invalda INVL.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">&#8220;We believe that growth-oriented strategy of Siauliu bankas and demonstrated good results will guarantee increase in our investment&nbsp;&#8211; Siauliu bankas shares&#8221;, &#8211; Darius Sulnis, prezident of Invalda INVL, said. <\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">According to him, the main activity of Invalda INVL group remains the asset management business.
