{"id":13250,"date":"2015-05-19T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2015-05-18T21:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.invaldainvl.com\/press-releases\/invalda-invl-voluntary-tender-offer-for-invl-technology-shares-is-approved\/"},"modified":"2015-05-19T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2015-05-18T21:00:00","slug":"invalda-invl-voluntary-tender-offer-for-invl-technology-shares-is-approved","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.invaldainvl.com\/en\/press-releases\/invalda-invl-voluntary-tender-offer-for-invl-technology-shares-is-approved\/","title":{"rendered":"Invalda INVL voluntary tender offer for INVL Technology  shares is approved"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">The Bank of Lithuania approved the voluntary tender offer of the asset management group Invalda INVL &nbsp;to buy up the shares in the IT investment company INVL Technology.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">Invalda INVL will offer EUR 1.61 per share for shares in INVL&nbsp; Technology, the offer applies for 414 034 ordinary registered shares of INVL Technology, AB, amounting to 6.77 per cent of company&#8217;s capital.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">The tender offer is announced &nbsp;to ensure the rights of the shareholders who on 10 April, 2015 voted &#8220;against&#8221; or did not vote for INVL Technology obtaining the closed-end investment company license.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">The tender offer will be implemented from 22 May till 4 June, 2015 on NASDAQ Vilnius stock exchange.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Bank of Lithuania approved the voluntary tender offer of the asset management group Invalda INVL &nbsp;to buy up the shares in the IT investment company INVL Technology.
