Having heard  the report of the Management Board on the performance of the company in 2001  and the conclusion of the audit company UAB Auditas, the shareholders\u2019 meeting  approved the report on the performance in 2001, approved transactions concluded  by the company, financial statements, and profit appropriation. The general  shareholders\u2019 meeting decided not to pay dividends for the year 2001.  The general shareholders\u2019 meeting elected the audit company UAB Auditas to  conduct the audit in 2002 ad established the remuneration.  The meeting approved amendments to the Articles of Association; reduced the  number of Board members from four to three, and established that announcements  about convocation of a general shareholders\u2019 meeting and notices to  shareholders and other interested persons are to e announced in the dailies  Lietuvos Rytas and Verslo Zinios. The meeting adopted decisions regarding sale  of the company\u2019s long-term assets.
