On the agenda:  1.\tAnnual Report of Invalda AB for the year 2003;  2.\tAuditor\u2019s statement;  3.\tApproval of annual accounts for 2003;  4.\tAppropriation of the profit;  5.\tPayment for audit services and election of the firm of auditors;  6.\tApproval of the new wording of the Company\u2019s Articles of Association;  7.\tConcerning preparation of conditions for the Company\u2019s reorganisation.    The registration date of the AGM: 15 March 2004.  The Board proposes to pay dividend to the Company\u2019s shareholders in the amount  of 5 cents per share of LTL 1 par value.  The Board proposed to the general shareholders\u2019 meeting to adopt a resolution  concerning preparation of conditions for the reorganisation of Invalda AB,  Gildeta AB, Pastana UAB and Kremi UAB, under which the rights and obligations  of Gildeta AB and Kremi UAB would be distributed between Invalda AB and Pastana  UAB.
