The financial statements of Invalda AB for the first quarter of 2005 will be  provided by May 31, 2005. The financial statements for the period ended April  30, 2005 have not been prepared as it is for the first year since  January 1, 2005 that the company has been preparing financial statements in  compliance with the International Accounting Standards.
