The threshold that was crossed &#8211; 10%, the reason for crossing the threshold &#8211; the resignation from the Board. <\/p>\n<p>&#8211; The notification of Dalius Kaziunas together with the persons acting in concert &#8211; the spouse Dovile Kaziuniene and other members of the Board Vytautas Bucas and Darius Sulnis &#8211; on the acquisition of voting rights.
