The buyer, the seller and third parties properly fulfilled obligations stated in agreement of 4 January, 2008 and Invalda AB on 13 March, 2008, closed the deal of Valmeda AB shares sale. Valmeda AB manages hotels Holiday Inn Vilnius and Ecotel Vilnius. <\/p>\n

100% of Valmeda AB shares (37 914 units) were sold to the hotel division of the London based company the Triangle Group for 68.5 mLTL (19.84 mEUR), enterprise value is 86.3 mLTL (25 mEUR).<\/p>\n
