The Management Board of Invalda AB approved the draft resolutions of the Extraordinary General Shareholders meeting to be held on November 30, 2009:<\/p>\n

1. To recall the audit company Ernst & Young Baltic UAB from the audit of Company\u2019s and consolidated financial statements for 2009.<\/p>\n

2. To elect PricewaterhouseCoopers UAB as Company\u2018s auditor to perform audit of set of Companys and consolidated financial statements for 2009.
For audit of Company\u2018s and consolidated financial statements to pay 124 000 LTL (35 913 EUR), VAT applied in Lithuania is not included, when the official exchange rate of Litas and Euro determined by the Bank of the Republic of Lithuania is 3.4528:1.<\/p>\n

3. Separate articles of the By-laws are not amended but the new wording of the Company\u2018s By-laws is approved and Darius Sulnis, the president of the Company, is authorized to sign the amended By-laws (attached<\/a>)<\/p>\n

4. To approve the amendments of the Regulations of the formation and activity of the audit committee of Invalda AB (attached<\/a>)<\/p>\n
