The settlement of the shares will take place on August 1, 2013.<br \/>    The implementation period of the tender offer to buy up shares in Vilniaus baldai, AB ended on July 29, 2013. 540 813 shares (13.9 per cent) with par value of LTL 4 were provided to the acquiring persons.
