The agreement was secured by pledge of 1 529 312 shares in Vilniaus Baldai, AB comprising of 39.35 percent of the authorized capital of Vilniaus Baldai, AB, owned by Invalda LT, AB. The loan was issued to Invalda LT, AB due to the intended tender offer to buy up shares in Vilniaus Baldai, AB.
