By the decision of the Board of the public joint \u2013 stock company INVALDA (hereinafter \u2013 INVALDA, AB or the Company) of May 22, 2013, Darius Sulnis was elected to the position of the president of the Company from May 23, 2013. Darius Sulnis is replacing Dalius Kaziunas, former president of the Company. INVALDA, AB was led by Dalius Kaziunas since January 1, 2012. Dalius Kaziunas was suggested to be elected to the Board of the split \u2013 off company Invalda Privatus Kapitalas, AB.<\/p>\n
41 years-old D. Sulnis held the position of the president of INVALDA, AB in 2006-2011, recently he has been a Member of the Board of the Company. Darius Sulnis graduated from Vilnius University, Faculty of Economics, Darius Sulnis studies the MBA program at Duke University since 2012. During his career years Darius Sulnis worked in FBC Finasta, AB and managed Invalda Nekilnojamo Turto Valdymas, UAB. Darius Sulnis gained wide experience (including international) in business processing management and business restructuring areas, as well as team building and M&A. Presently Darius Sulnis is a Member of managing and supervising bodies of Vilniaus Baldai, AB, Invaldos Nekilnojamo Turto Fondas, AB, Litagra, UAB and others.<\/p>\n
Darius Sulnis is a shareholder of INVALDA, AB holding 2.219.762 shares. 4,29 percent in the authorised capital of the Company. Share of votes given by own shares is 4,76 percent, share of votes together with the persons acting in concert \u2013 22,93 percent.<\/p>\n
