The threshold of &nbsp;25% was crossed.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; the notification (<a href=\"\/repository\/paketai20130308\/IVL_notification_A.Banys.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ATTACHED<\/a>) of Alvydas Banys together with the persons acting in concert &#8211; the spouse Daiva Baniene and the controlled company LJB Investments UAB &#8211; on the acquisition of voting rights. The threshold of 15% was crossed.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; the notification (<a href=\"\/repository\/paketai20130308\/IVL_%20notification_V.Bucas.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ATTACHED<\/a>) of company\u2019s Board members Vytautas Bucas, Darius Sulnis, Indre Miseikyte and Dalius Kaziunas (together with his spouse Dovile Kaziuniene), since their votes are counted together, on the acquisition of voting rights. The threshold of 25% was crossed.<\/p>\n<p>The reason for crossing of the above mentioned thresholds \u2013 the shares buy \u2013 back program of Invalda AB.
