The company will purchase 0.02&thinsp;% of own shares for the total amount of EUR 14.5 thousand (without brokerage fees). Invalda INVL, AB could purchase up to 200,000 shares. During the share buy-back 2,552 units of shares were tendered.<br \/>  &nbsp;<br \/>  Every shareholder sold 100 % of offered shares for the price of EUR 5.67 per share.<br \/>  &nbsp;<br \/>  Share purchase procedure started from 28 May 2019 and was implemented through the market of official tender offers of Nasdaq Vilnius stock exchange until 10 June.
