INTF sold an administrative building of 12,362.45 square metres, a production building of 565.33 square metres, and a 1.5041 ha land plot for 34.5 million litas (including VAT).<\/p>\n<p>AB Invaldos Nekilnojamojo Turto Fondas (INTF) sold the property pursuant to the implementation of the plan announced in October by Invalda to sell part of the group\u2019s property and use the money raised from sales for the reduction of debts. <\/p>\n<p>The real property sold is a part of the property purchased in 2006 from the former AB Lietuvos Telekomas (now AB TEO LT). <\/p>\n<p>No details of the buyer have been announced.<\/p>\n<p>About AB Invaldos Nekilnojamojo Turto Fondas<\/p>\n<p>AB Invaldos Nekilnojamojo Turto Fondas (INTF), which is managed by the investment company Invalda, was established in 1997. The company owns Class A, B, and B+ offices in Kirtim\u0173 Street, Vilniaus\/Palangos Street, J.Galvyd\u017eio\/\u017dygio Street and the IBC office complex in Vilnius, the total area of which is 40,779 square metres. Total area of the real property managed by the company pursuant to the contracts amounts to 27,500 square metres.
