{"id":14140,"date":"2011-08-05T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2011-08-04T21:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.invaldainvl.com\/group-company-press-releases\/jurita-joined-invalda-group-facilities-management-sector\/"},"modified":"2011-08-05T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2011-08-04T21:00:00","slug":"jurita-joined-invalda-group-facilities-management-sector","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.invaldainvl.com\/en\/group-company-press-releases\/jurita-joined-invalda-group-facilities-management-sector\/","title":{"rendered":"Jurita joined Invalda group facilities management sector"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Facilities management company Invalda Service (<em>Inservice<\/em>) through a related company completed the purchase contract of the company <em>Jurita<\/em> that manages apartment houses in the capital\u2019s Justiniskes catchment area, the value of the contract is 2,519 million Litas. <\/p>\n<p>Company <em>Volo<\/em> which in June won 100 percent <em>Jurita<\/em> shares privatization auction, on Thursday signed purchase-sale agreement with Vilnius city municipality and paid the money for <em>Jurita<\/em> shares.<\/p>\n<p>In Justiniskes <em>Jurita<\/em> supervises 76 blocks of flats, which total area is about 151,7 thousand square meters.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Jurita became part of an experienced group of companies and strengthened its positions in the administration of apartment houses\u201d \u2013 saysRimvydas Ramanauskas, director of <em>Inservice<\/em>. According to him, experience in facility maintenance sector, flexible attitude to clients\u2019 needs and long-term relations with partners will allow to offer <em>Jurita\u2019s<\/em> clients more and new services for the same price.<\/p>\n<p>In 2010 <em>Jurita<\/em> received 2.955 million LTL revenue and had 145 thousand LTL loss. In 2010, <em>Inservice<\/em> and <em>Priemiestis <\/em>(facility management companies of Invalda group) reached 10 million LTL turnover.<\/p>\n<p>The total area of the buildings, managed by companies of <em>Inservice<\/em> group, is almost 1 million square meters.<\/p>\n<p>About companies: <br \/><em>Inservice<\/em>, <em>Priemiestis<\/em> and <em>Jurita<\/em> constitute <em>Invalda<\/em> group facility management sector. The companies provide facility management, maintenance of buildings\u2019 engineering systems, audit and elimination of troubles, indoor air quality investigations, blocks of flats administration, installation and repair as well as other services. <br \/><em>Inservice<\/em> started its activity in 2004 and today it is one of the most powerful companies of this area, which is able to provide all facilities management services from maintenance of engineering systems to cleaning of premises and territories or physical security. The headquarters of the company is in Vilnius. The company is certified and complies with the requirements of quality management standard ISO 9001:2008. <br \/><em>Priemiestis<\/em> specializes in the maintenance of residential sector buildings and is currently supervising 360 blocks of flats in Vilnius.
