The Management Board of Trakcja – Tiltra S.A. company (the \u201cCompany\u201d) in relation to the current report no 38\/2011 dated 15 June 2011 informing about the adoption on 15 June 2011 by the Company\u2019s General Meeting of Shareholders: of the resolution to amend the Articles of Association (the \u201cResolution\u201d) and with reference to the current report no 39\/2011 dated 15 June 2011 on objections to the Resolution, announces that on 1 August 2011, it became aware, that a lawsuit was filed by the Company\u2019s shareholder Jacek Jurek against the Company to the District Court in Warsaw to cancel the Resolution.<\/p>\n

Legal basis of the report announcement: Section 38 paragraph 1 item 10 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated 19 February 2009 on the current and periodic disclosures to be made by issuers of securities and conditions for recognition as equivalent of information whose disclosure is required under the laws of a non-member state.
