The Management Board of Trakcja – Tiltra S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (\u201cthe Company\u201d) hereby publicly announces the wording of the resolutions adopted at the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company held on 28 June 2011.<\/p>\n

The content of all the adopted resolutions is attached as Appendix No. 1<\/a> to this current report.<\/p>\n
