The Management Board of Trakcja – Tiltra Sp\u00f3\u0142ka Akcyjna based in Warsaw (hereinafter: \u201cthe Company\u201d) hereby announces that the Company has been informed today that the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, 12th Commercial Department of the National Court Register, registered today the changes made to the Articles of Association of the Company, which had been adopted upon the Resolution no. 3 of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of 15.06.2011, the Company had informed about in its Current Report 38\/2011 of 15.06.2011. The Management Board of the Company points out that Company\u2019s business name was changed as a result of the amendment of the Articles of Association, and from the registration onwards this business name is as follows: \u201cTrakcja – Tiltra Sp\u00f3\u0142ka Akcyjna\u201d. The Management Board of the Company publishes in the Appendix 1 the previous provisions and the changes made to the Articles of Association of the Company, and in Appendix 2 it publishes the new consolidated text of Articles of Association of the Company and a list of the changes made.<\/p>\n

Legal grounds: \u00a7 38, section 1, clause 2) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and regular information published by issuers of securities and the conditions for accepting information required by the provisions of the law of a state which is not a Member State as being equivalent.<\/em><\/p>\n
