(\u201c<em>Valeant<\/em>\u201d) today, Wednesday 8th June 2011, has submitted applications to the <em>Competition Council of the Republic of Lithuania<\/em> and the <em>Polish Office for Competition and Consumer Protection<\/em> for clearance of the proposed transaction.
