Construction of this small three-storey (with a&nbsp;lift) 17 apartment house of original architecture is to be finished by the end of this year. Investment in the project totals 5,5 million Litas. <\/p>\n<p>\u201c<em>Elniakampio Namai<\/em> apartment house is special and attractive not just because of its location in Valakampiai forest, but also because of the building concept. This will be a Scandinavian type house, designed and constructed using ecological and highest quality materials\u201d, \u2013 said Agnius Tamosaitis, a head of Real Estate Management Department of <em>Invalda Nekilnojamojo Turto Valdymas<\/em>. The house is designed to let in the maximum amount of natural light. <\/p>\n<p>The layout of the apartments is various (from 34,90 m\u00b2 to 140,20 m\u00b2) and practical. Each apartment comes with a box room, parking place under the house and economical gas heating. There is a possibility to install fireplaces in each apartment and an additional fireplace on the terrace. Apartments are sold partially finished. If desired services of an architect, interior designer are available for purchasing a fully equipped and furnished home. 200 m away from the house there is a bus stop (No. 15). All the infrastructure of Antakalnis district is nearby. General Contractor is <em>Naresta<\/em>. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe project is fully funded by shareholders, guaranteeing that it will be completed on time\u201d, \u2013 said Mr. Tamosaitis. <\/p>\n<p><em>Nordea<\/em> bank is a financial partner for <em>Elniakampio Namai<\/em> apartment house customers.&nbsp; Currently this bank offers one of the most attractive mortgage deals in the market. In addition, <em>Nordea<\/em> is a leading lender in the market of new mortgages. <\/p>\n<p>Jaunius Marinskas, head of <em>Nordea Bank Lietuva<\/em> Retail Banking Department, notes that the number of customers seeking high-quality new apartment houses is currently rising, while the supply remains very limited. \u201cWe are pleased that our partner will introduce a new high standard apartment house to the market.
