Notification of gaining over 10% of the total number of votes in General Meeting of Shareholders <\/p>\n

The Management Board of the Trakcja Polska S.A. company (hereinafter \u201eCompany\u201d) announces, that pursuant to Art. 69 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on the public offering and the conditions for introducing financial instruments into an organised trading system and on listed companies, it received on 5 May 2011 from AB INVALDA, a company under Lithuanian law based in Vilnius (hereinafter: \u201eAB INVALDA\u201d) a notification of the fact that, as a result of the acquisition of Company\u2019s shares under the transaction dated 19 April 2011, about which the Company informed in its current report no. 23\/2011 of 19 April 2011 and current report no. 24\/2011 of 19 April 2011, settled on 2 May 2011, AB INVALDA became a holder of the Company\u2019s shares of the new issue, amounting to over 10% of votes in General Meeting of Company\u2019s Shareholders.<\/p>\n
Before the acquisition of the above mentioned shares AB INVALDA owned no Company\u2019s shares, whether directly or indirectly.<\/p>\n
On 2 May 2011, 29 017 087 Company\u2019s shares were booked into the securities account of the Fund. These shares entitle to 29 017 087 votes in General Meeting of Company’s Shareholders that is 12.502% of the total number of votes.<\/p>\n
AB INVALDA has informed the Company that any further increase in the total number of votes in General Meeting of Company\u2019s Shareholders within 12 months from the date of submission of the notification would depend on the economic situation in the market.<\/p>\n
Legal grounds: Art. 70 clause 1 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on the public offering and the conditions for introducing financial instruments into an organised trading system and on listed companies \u2013 acquisition or disposal of a considerable share package.<\/em><\/p>\n <\/em> <\/p>\n Notification of gaining over 5 % of the total number of votes in General Meeting of Shareholders <\/p>\n <\/B>The Management Board of the Trakcja Polska S.A. company (hereinafter \u201cCompany\u201d) announces, that pursuant to Art. 69 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on the public offering and the conditions for introducing financial instruments into an organised trading system and on listed companies (\u201cAct on the public offering\u201d), it received on 5 May 2011 from Mr. Jonas Pilkauskas, a citizen of Lithuania, a notification of the fact that, as a result of the acquisition of Company\u2019s shares under the transaction dated 19 April 2011, about which the Company informed in its current report no. 23\/2011 of 19 April 2011 and current report no. 24\/2011 of 19 April 2011, settled on 2 May 2011, Mr. Jonas Pilkauskas, in communication with Ms. Angel\u0117 \u010cernevi\u010di\u016bt\u0117 and Ms. Vaida Bal\u010di\u016bnien\u0117 in the meaning of Art. 87 par. 1 clause 5 in conjunction with par. 4 clause 1 of the Act on the public offering, became holders of the Company\u2019s shares of the new issue, amounting to over 5 % of votes in General Meeting of Company\u2019s Shareholders. <\/p>\n Before the acquisition of the above mentioned shares Mr. Jonas Pilkauskas, Ms. Irena Angel\u0117 \u010cernevi\u010di\u016bt\u0117 and Ms. Vaida Bal\u010di\u016bnien\u0117 owned no Company\u2019s shares, whether directly or indirectly. <\/p>\n On 2 May 2011, 19 645 318 Company\u2019s shares were booked into the securities accounts of of these above mentioned individuals.
