It came out after having won the tender announced by the <em>Prosecution General\u2019s Office<\/em> and having signed the service delivery contract.<\/p>\n<p>The value of the project of licence subscription and <em>Microsoft<\/em> based information system maintenance services is around 800, 000 Litas. The contract runs until February, 2012.<\/p>\n<p>It is a corporate project of <em>BAIP<\/em> and <em>Microsoft<\/em> where required licences for proper functioning of IT systems of the <em>Prosecution General\u2019s Office<\/em> will be delivered together with problem solution and proactive support services. <em>BAIP<\/em> competence in critical IT infrastructure field and <em>Microsoft <\/em>solutions, methodologies and project management experience will be well employed into the project.<\/p>\n<p>Specialists of <em>BAIP<\/em> and <em>Microsoft <\/em>will help to ensure operation, development, legality, equipment standardisation and streamlined management of <em>Microsoft<\/em> systems used in the <em>Prosecution General\u2019s Office<\/em>. The company will also provide consultancy on issues related with IT infrastructure development and will assist in dealing with emerging problems.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cProfessional services and consultancy of <em>BAIP<\/em> and <em>Microsoft<\/em> specialists will accelerate the reaction to IT system failures, will allow eliminating these failures by using modern technologies and preventing from incoming faults. In this way we will help to ensure continuous and efficient activity of the <em>Prosecution General\u2019s Office<\/em>.
