However, a number of issues, not depending on the transaction parties did not allow us to bring deal to the completion at the time set in the contract.<\/p>\n<p>Despite the significant efforts and overall progress achieved in the merger process, we have to conclude that the transaction can not be brought to the completion. We leave this process with the regret and wish all the success to each other in the future.<\/p>\n<p>About <em>Trakcja Polska<\/em> (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.trakcjapolska.com\/\">www.trakcjapolska.com<\/a>)<\/p>\n<p><em>Trakcja Polska<\/em> group is one of the leading groups on the Polish rail infrastructure construction market. It consists of a holding company <em>Trakcja Polska<\/em>, PRKiI, Bahn Technik, PRK 7 Nieruchomo\u015bci and Torprojekt Sp. z o.o. The Group generated a turnover of more than 700 million PLN for the year 2009 and employed over 1,000 persons. <em>Trakcja Polska<\/em> renders construction and assembly services for railway and tram infrastructure projects. <\/p>\n<p>About <em>Tiltra Group<\/em> (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.tiltra.com\/\">www.tiltra.com<\/a>)<\/p>\n<p><em>Tiltra Group<\/em> is the regional infrastructure construction group operating in Poland and Lithuania. The group is specialised in the construction and reconstruction of roads, bridges, airports, tunnels, railways and ports and utilities infrastructure. Currently it employs about 2,500 people. In&nbsp; Poland, <em>Tiltra Group<\/em> owns two major groups of construction companies &#8211; <em>Poldim<\/em> based in Tarnow, and <em>PEUiM<\/em> headquartered in Bia\u0142ystok. In Lithuania, <em>Tiltra<\/em> operates the largest construction group <em>Kauno tiltai<\/em>. <em>Tiltra Group<\/em> had a turnover of over PLN 1.2 bn for the financial year 2009\/2010 (ended on 31st March) of which 70% came from its Polish operations.
