(&#8220;Company&#8221;) informs that on 28 September 2012 the Company received from Przedsi\u0119biorstwo Napraw Infrastruktury Sp. z o.o. (&#8220;PNI&#8221;) a document with the information that PNI shall withdraw from the master agreement executed by the Company on 22 September 2011 with &#8220;PNI&#8221; (&#8220;Agreement&#8221;), from which the Company shall first withdraw on 12 September 2012. The Company deems the statement of PNI to be groundless and ineffective,&nbsp; and the argumentation contained in the document to be inconsistent with the facts and legal status.
