BAIP<\/em>, the company which specializes in critical IT infrastructure field, has enlarged its partner network. From now on BAIP<\/em> will deliver cyber security consulting and critical IT systems security services based on Lumension\u00ae products, one of the global leaders in IT security solutions.<\/p>\n

 \u201eConsidering the tendencies in cyber environment and the necessity to help clients protect their IT infrastructure by improved instruments and processes as well as developing the services of cyber security consulting and critical IT systems security we have decided to enter into partnership with acknowledged security solutions company, the products of which had been successfully deployed in the fields of medicine, education, finance, social security and public sector\u201c – says Vilius Benetis, the manager of Information Security Group at BAIP<\/em>.<\/p>\n

According to him, BAIP<\/em> has adapted Lumension\u00ae software for the Lithuanian legal environment in consideration of the requirements imposed by State Data Protection Inspectorate, Ministry of Interior of the Republic of Lithuania, LT ISO\/IEC 27001 standard, COBIT 5 and other references as the most efficient means to ensure information security.<\/p>\n

V. Benetis noted that Lumension\u00ae provides a spectrum of solutions. For instance, Lumension\u00ae Device Control enables the audit control, encryption and enforces usage policies for workstations\u2019, servers\u2019 removable devices such as the prohibition to use unencrypted USB devices or centralized audit of content placement in USB devices.
