(the \u201cIssuer\u201d) hereby informs that yesterday, i.e. on 17 May 2012, it was notified that the Issuer\u2019s subsidiary: Poldim S.A. with its registered office in Tarn\u00f3w, obtained from the District Court in Tarn\u00f3w, 5th Economic Division, a decision on returning its petition for insolvency with a possibility of making an arrangement with the creditors for formal reasons.
