With reference to the current report no 3\/2012 of January 11, 2012, the Management Board of the company Trakcja – Tiltra S.A. (the “Company”) informs that it has become aware of the fact that on January 17, 2012 Powszechna Kasa Oszcz\u0119dno\u015bci Bank Polski S.A., Bank Millenium S.A. and ING Bank \u015al\u0105ski S.A. filed declarations that they agree to transfer into the bank account as indicated by Poldim S.A. located in Tarn\u00f3w any cash paid during the Transition Period (as defined in the current report no 3\/2012) and after its expiration by the debtors of Poldim S.A. and those of other Group companies (within the meaning of the current report no 3\/2012) due to trade receivables transferred to the benefit of Powszechna Kasa Oszcz\u0119dno\u015bci Bank Polski S.A., Bank Millenium S.A. or ING Bank \u015al\u0105ski S.A. before the effective date of the agreement regarding suspension of enforcement procedures concluded by Poldim S.A. on January 11, 2012.
