The Management Board of Trakcja – Tiltra S.A. (the \u201cCompany\u201d) hereby announces that it became aware about the service, on the day of yesterday, of the request of payment, by Reiffeisen Bank Polska S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (the \u201cBank\u201d) to the issuer\u2019s subsidiary Przedsi\u0119biorstwo Eksploatacji Ulic i Most\u00f3w sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Bia\u0142ystok (\u201cPEUiM\u201d). The request for payment was sent due to failure to repay on time of the credit granted by the Bank to the issuer\u2019s subsidiary – Silentio Investment sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw
 
(\u201cSilentio\u201d) and the debt repayment guarantee agreement, concluded between the Bank and PEUiM, as collateral of the above credit. The Company informed about termination of the above credit with Silentio company by the Bank, in the current report no 78\/2011 of 16 December 2011.
 
Pursuant to the above repayment guarantee agreement the Bank requested PEUiM to make a payment within 7 days of receipt of the request, of the amount of PLN 10,842,436.00 (in words: ten million eight hundred forty two thousand four hundred thirty six zlotys 00\/100). At the same time, the Bank informed PEUiM about having debited the current bank account of PEUiM with the amount of PLN 466,204.66 (in words: four hundred sixty-six thousand two hundred and four zlotys 66\/100), in connection with the above claim.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
