The shareholders of one of the largest Lithuanian furniture companies Vilniaus baldai, AB decided to allocate 34.976 million litas (9 litas per share) for the interim dividends. <\/p>\n

Entitled to the dividends shall be the persons who were shareholders of Vilniaus baldai, AB at the end of 30 September.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt is planned to start paying dividends from 4 October\u201d \u2013 Aidas Mackevicius, CEO of Vilniaus baldai, AB, said.<\/p>\n

Financial statements for the first half of 2013 were approved at the Shareholders meeting held on 16 September. Moreover, the Audit Committee of Vilniaus baldai, AB was elected at the Meeting.  Tomas Bubinas, Chief Operating Officer at Biotechpharma (appointed as the independent member), Vaidas Savukynas, CFO at Invalda Privatus Kapitalas, AB and Andrius Dauk\u0161as, the Investment manager at Invalda LT, AB were elected as the members of the Audit Committee of Vilniaus baldai, AB. <\/p>\n

The first half sales of Vilniaus baldai, AB reached 68.321 million litas \u2013 41 per cent less than during the same period in 2012 (115.398 million litas). Vilniaus baldai, AB earned a net profit of 5.247 million litas over the first half year of 2013, whereas the net profit of the same period last year reached 10.858 million litas. <\/p>\n

The investment company Invalda LT controls 45,4 per cent of Vilniaus baldai shares and Invalda Privatus Kapitalas has 40.7 per cent stake.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
