The payment for the audit services is set for not more than LT 10 000 (ten thousand litas), VAT is not included in this amount.<br \/>This was decided by the shareholders of INVl Baltic Real Estate. Danute Kadanaite, a lawyer at Legisperitus, and Tomas Bubinas, manager at Biotechpharma (independent member) were elected to the Audit Committee of INVL Baltic Farmland, AB.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">Andrius Dauk\u0161as, a manager of INVL Baltic Real Estate, is elected to the Board of INVL Baltic Real Estate. He will replace Darius \u0160ulnis, a former Member of the Board.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">At the end of September 2014 consolidated equity capital of INVL Baltic Real Estate amounted to LTL 49.8 million, assets&nbsp;&#8211; LTL 136.1 million.
