This draft of the company&#8217;s Articles of Association was approved by the shareholders at the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held on 30 April 2022.<\/p>\n<p>Invalda INVL increased its share capital to EUR 3,493,935.08 by issuing 69,479 new ordinary registered shares. The newly issued shares were subscribed by the employees of Invalda INVL Group exercising the stock options granted to them in 2019.
