He replaces Paulius \u017durauskas, who has decided to step down and pursue a career outside the Invalda INVL group.<\/p>\n<p>Mr Matiki\u016bnas, who is a lawyer by education, was appointed interim CEO of INVL Asset Management following the approval of the Bank of Lithuania. He is also a member of the Investment Committee for the company\u2019s feeder funds and funds of funds.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are grateful to Paulius for his significant contribution to the company&#8217;s growth and development and wish him every success in his future endeavours,\u201d says Darius \u0160ulnis, the CEO of Invalda INVL and Chairman of the Board of INVL Asset Management. \u201cAudrius has been with the group for almost 9 years and is actively involved in the company\u2019s activities. The Board of INVL Asset Management is confident that he will be able to ensure the smooth operation of the company until a decision on a new CEO is made.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The Board of INVL Asset Management also includes Vytautas Plunksnis, the company\u2019s Head of Private Equity, and Asta Jovai\u0161ien\u0117, who heads the INVL Family Office.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI am happy for being a part of INVL Asset Management organisation, strengthen the team and contribute to new stage of development that will enable further growth of the alternative asset management business,\u201d says Paulius \u017durauskas.<\/p>\n<p>Mr \u017durauskas assumed the role of CEO of INVL Asset Management as of 1 December 2023, upon the completion of a merger of the retail businesses of Invalda INVL and \u0160iauli\u0173 Bankas. For the past year, he was also a member of the Board of the INVL Family Office and of the Supervisory Board of INVL Asset Management in Latvia.<\/p>\n<p>INVL Asset Management is a part of Invalda INVL, the leading Baltic asset management group, which currently employs more than 120 professionals. The Invalda INVL group manage or have under supervision more than EUR 1.6 billion of assets across multiple asset classes including private equity, forests and agricultural land, renewable energy, real estate as well as private debt.
