The real estate investment company INVL Baltic Real Estate will pay its shareholders dividends of EUR 0.09 per share, for that allocating a total of EUR 0.7 million.<\/p>\n

The decision to pay the dividends was adopted at a general meeting of the shareholders of INVL Baltic Real Estate on 30 April.<\/p>\n

The real estate investment company had a consolidated net profit of EUR 2.74 million last year, 3.9 times more than in 2023. The sale of a property holding in Latvia had a positive impact of EUR 1.7 million on the company\u2019s operating result.<\/p>\n

At the meeting, INVL Baltic Real Estate\u2019s shareholders also approved reducing the company\u2019s share capital from EUR 11.689 million to EUR 11.533 million by annulling 107,480 own shares that the company acquired during 2024.<\/p>\n

Additionally, shareholders authorized the company to purchase its own shares using all or part of a reserve formed for that purpose. The maximum purchase price per share would be INVL Baltic Real Estate\u2019s last published net asset value per share, while the minimum purchase price would be EUR 1.45. The time limit set for any buybacks is 18 months from the date of the shareholders\u2019 decision. Later, following a decision by the shareholders\u2019 meeting to annul the acquired own shares, the company\u2019s share capital would be reduced.<\/p>\n

Given that the term of the members of the company\u2019s Audit Committee ends in 2025, three members were elected to a new four-year term on the committee: Dangut\u0117 Pranck\u0117nien\u0117, Andrius Lenickas and Tomas Bubinas.<\/p>\n
