INVL Private Equity Fund II, one of Central and Eastern Europe\u2019s leading private equity funds, has partnered with Kurianti karta<\/em> \u2013 a company founded by the technology group Tesonet \u2013 which, following authorisation from the Competition Council, will assess opportunities to invest in and develop Lithuania\u2019s private education sector.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Both partners intend to jointly analyse the private educational institutions market and make decisions regarding potential acquisitions.<\/p>\n

With EUR 410 million of commitments, this is one of the leading private equity fund in Central and Eastern Europe. The fund is sector-agnostic and is looking to build a diversified portfolio investing in companies with the potential to become regional leaders in their respective industries. Equity tickets range between EUR 10 million and EUR 60 million, though larger tickets are possible with co-investors.
