INVL Technology, a company that invests in information technology businesses, will\u00a0seek\u00a0to\u00a0acquire\u00a0another\u00a0portion\u00a0of its own shares at a fixed price.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

The share buy-back will take place from\u00a011\u00a0to 15\u00a0May. The maximum number of INVL Technology shares to be\u00a0acquired\u00a0is 110,000 units (0.9% of the share capital). Shareholders wishing to sell their shares during the buy-back should contact the intermediary,\u00a0Artea\u00a0bank, or their financial advisors.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

T<\/span>he shares will be repurchased at a fixed price of\u00a0EUR\u00a04.8 per share. For comparison, the company’s share price on the exchange was\u00a0EUR\u00a04.7\u00a0before the share buy-back was announced.\u00a0EUR\u00a0528 thousand from the reserve is\u00a0allocated\u00a0for the share buy-back.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span>The repurchased shares will be cancelled, correspondingly reducing the company’s share capital and thereby increasing the value of each remaining share.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span>Currently, the investment company in information technology businesses has an unused reserve of\u00a0EUR\u00a09.8 million for\u00a0acquiring\u00a0its own shares.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span>The procedure for the acquisition of the company\u2019s shares was approved by shareholders at the general meeting of shareholders on 30 April 2026. The company was granted the right to\u00a0acquire\u00a0up to 10% of its share capital, with an 18-month term set for the acquisition from the date of the resolution of the general meeting of shareholders.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span>INVL Technology, which is managed by INVL Asset Management, the leading alternative asset manager in the Baltic States, is a closed-ended investment company and its investments must be\u00a0realised\u00a0by mid-July 2028 at the latest, with funds distributed to shareholders.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
