Founded in 1992, Šiaulių Bankas is a rapidly and steadily growing bank with a large share of Lithuanian capital. It provides private and corporate customers with consumer financing, saving and investment, and everyday banking services. The bank offers flexible financing solutions for companies, giving special attention to small and medium-sized businesses. The bank’s shares are included on the Baltic Main List of the NASDAQ exchange. Invalda INVL acquired a 6.79 per cent stake in Šiaulių Bankas in 2015.

The Invalda INVL group has been active in facility management since 1994. The group’s companies in the sector include Inservis UAB, Priemiestis and Jurita. Inservis UAB provides facility management services ranging from engineering systems maintenance to interior and exterior cleaning and physical security. Priemiestis maintains residential buildings in the Naujoji Vilnia neighbourhood in the Lithuanian capital. Jurita maintains multi-apartment buildings in the Justiniškės neighbourhood in the capital.

This company produces solid-wood and metal products and road maintenance equipment. It began work in 1981 as a road sign workshop for the state-owned company Granitas, becoming an autonomous company in 1994. Kelio Ženklai was acquired from the State Property Fund in 2003. Its activities were broadened and currently include such areas as: metalworking and woodworking, production of furniture, stairs and road signs, and wholesale trade of a range of materials. Invalda INVL owns 100 per cent of the company’s shares.
