Today, 24 September, the real estate investment company INVL Baltic Real Estate signed an agreement with the state enterprise Turto Bankas on the purchase of part of the building and land plot at Vilniaus Street 37-4 in Vilnius for EUR 2.4 million. The total area of the acquired facilities is 1552.46 square meters (including 430 sq. m. of unfurnished attic space), while the area of the land plot is 0.1185 ha.
Invalda INVL’s equity at the end of June this year was EUR 96.7 million, or EUR 8.23 per share. Equity per share was 15.75% larger than at the end of 2020.
The asset management group Invalda INVL, in preparation for carrying out a transaction to acquire the Baltic business of Mandatum Life, one of Finland’s largest life insurance companies, has established a new company, INVL Life, which in the near future will apply to the Bank of Lithuania for an insurance company licence.
Asset management group, Invalda INVL, today announces that it has signed a deal in principle to acquire the business in the Baltic countries of Mandatum Life, one of Finland’s largest life insurance companies, which operates in the Baltics through branch operations across Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia respectively.
Seeking to exercise the stock options granted to the Group's employees, Invalda INVL issued 59,674 ordinary registered shares of the company, thus increasing its authorized capital to EUR 3.47 million.
Asset management group Invalda INVL sold UAB Kelio ženklai, a company engaged in the production and export of road signs, other metal products and oak furniture. A 100 percent stake was sold to a group of private investors.
Invalda INVL’s equity at the end of March this year was EUR 86 million, or EUR 7.36 per share, which is 3.5% larger than at the end of 2020.
Invalda INVL will continue to provide the opportunity for employees of the asset management group to acquire stock options in the company. That and other decisions were adopted at the shareholders’ meeting held today.
The asset management group Invalda INVL is ending implementation of its guidelines for trading in the shares of INVL Technology, which invests in IT businesses, and the real estate investment company INVL Baltic Real Estate.
Invalda INVL, one of the Baltic region’s leading asset management groups, had equity of EUR 83.2 million at the end of 2020, or EUR 7.11 per share, an increase of nearly 6% compared to the end of 2019 (also considering the EUR 9.3 million of dividends paid out). Invalda INVL’s net profit last year was EUR 5.3 million.
