Baltic Amadeus infrastrukturos paslaugos changes its name

A highly experienced IT company Baltic Amadeus infrastrukturos paslaugos innovates – as of February 8, 2011, the company is called just BAIP. The company will also renew its logo where a statement “Critical IT infrastructure“ will be attached to it in order to emphasise BAIP specialisation and its competence in this sphere.

“We specialize in the design, reorganization, exploitation and maintenance of critical IT infrastructure. For this particular purpose we have created, coordinated and employed a special BAIP CIMF methodology which we have decided to highlight in the logo itself. We will keep delivering and intensely developing complex services which require high level of competence and which are intended for the design, reorganization and maintenance of critical IT infrastructure to our clients. “We aim at becoming the first partner to companies seeking for professional IT solutions“, – said Kazimieras Tonkūnas, manager of BAIP.

The change of name was stated in the provisions of company acquisition when in 2007 it was purchased from the company called Baltic Amadeus by company group Positor which specialises in IT investment sphere. In order to keep the integrity of communication, Positor has changed its name and is now known as BAIP Group.

“We have decided to entitle the company group with the name of the main company – BAIP. The nature of the company remains unchanged; it will pursue investments in IT field“ – pronounced K. Tonkūnas, manager of both companies BAIP and BAIP Group.
According to K. Tonkūnas, the changes mentioned will not have an influence on the structure and personnel of the company – the delivery of services will be based on the same principles. As usual, renewed BAIP will provide development and maintenance services of professional critical IT infrastructure, advanced strategic and architectural solutions which are in compliance with the needs of organisations.

BAIP delivers services for over 150 state institutions and large private sector enterprises which include Danske bank, telecommunications company Omnitel, biotechnology company Fermentas, Lietuvos draudimas, MAXIMA GRUPĖ, bank Snoras, investment group ŪBIG, Western Union etc.
BAIP Group also includes specialised Microsoft licencing and solutions company Acena and specialised workstation maintenance and design company Informatikos pasaulis.
