We entered the private debt market in 2018, when INVL Asset Management acquired 51 % of shares in the asset management company Mundus. Currently, 100% of the shares of this company are owned.

Investment fund INVL Bridge Finance:

• Start of operation was in May 2015.
• At the end of October 2023, the assets managed by the fund amounted to EUR 29.84 mln.
• The fund seeks long-term stable returns by investing in non-publicly traded debt securities of companies in the fast-growing alternative financing sector in the Baltic States, as well as providing bridge financing.
