6th November 2015, Vilnius, It is proposed that an international audit company PricewaterhouseCoopers is selected as the auditor for INVL Technology for the period 2015-2017
Voting on this proposal by the board of INVL Technology will take place at a meeting of shareholders on 30 November 2015. It is proposed to fix an annual payment for the services of EUR 4,500 (without VAT).
INVL Technology, AB is a company, investing in information and communication technologies, listed on NASDAQ OMX Vilnius stock exchange. The Company was created after the merger of BAIP group AB and INVL Technology AB.
