Jurita joined Invalda group facilities management sector

Facilities management company Invalda Service (Inservice) through a related company completed the purchase contract of the company Jurita that manages apartment houses in the capital’s Justiniskes catchment area, the value of the contract is 2,519 million Litas.

Company Volo which in June won 100 percent Jurita shares privatization auction, on Thursday signed purchase-sale agreement with Vilnius city municipality and paid the money for Jurita shares.

In Justiniskes Jurita supervises 76 blocks of flats, which total area is about 151,7 thousand square meters.

“Jurita became part of an experienced group of companies and strengthened its positions in the administration of apartment houses” – saysRimvydas Ramanauskas, director of Inservice. According to him, experience in facility maintenance sector, flexible attitude to clients’ needs and long-term relations with partners will allow to offer Jurita’s clients more and new services for the same price.

In 2010 Jurita received 2.955 million LTL revenue and had 145 thousand LTL loss. In 2010, Inservice and Priemiestis (facility management companies of Invalda group) reached 10 million LTL turnover.

The total area of the buildings, managed by companies of Inservice group, is almost 1 million square meters.
