Mundus Bridge Finance, a private debt fund of INVL, the leading investment management and life insurance group in the Baltics, is changing its name to INVL Bridge Finance. The new name reflects the company’s changed shareholder structure and the fact that it is part of the INVL group.

The change of the private debt fund’s name to INVL Bridge Finance will have no effect on the fund’s clients or partners.
INVL Asset Management, part of the INVL group, became the sole shareholder of Mundus, the private debt fund’s manager, in February this year, after buying 49% of shares from the company’s former partners.
INVL Bridge Finance, an open-ended fund for informed investors, seeks a stable long-term return by investing in private debt securities of companies in the fast-growing alternative finance sector and providing bridge financing for projects of various types.
Since its launch in 2015, INVL Bridge Finance has completed 24 transactions. The private debt fund has provided financing for renewable energy projects including solar power plants in Romania and wind farms in Lithuania. It has also financed the growth of car sharing, leasing and consumer loan companies, acquisitions of forests and farmland, international business expansion and other projects.
At the end of October 2023, Mundus Bridge Finance had assets under management of EUR 29.84 million.
