On October 28, 2009, The Board of Vilniaus Baldai AB decided to propose to the General Meeting of Shareholders, to be held on November 30, 2009, to recall audit company Ernst & Young Baltic UAB, which was elected to audit financial statements for 2008 – 2009.
Vilniaus Baldai AB shall propose to shareholders to elect PricewaterhouseCoopers UAB as Company‘s auditor to perform audit of set of consolidated financial statements for 2009.
